The CiF team attended the Ruth Ratner Miller Awards Luncheon, hosted earlier this October by the Downtown Cleveland Alliance. Held in the ballroom of the Cleveland Convention Center, the luncheon celebrated several Downtown Cleveland development projects and honored Dr. Ronald Berkman, the President of Cleveland State University, for his positive contributions to the University and to the broader Downtown Cleveland community.

CiF’s first EB-5 Investors are issued their Permanent US Green Cards

Over the past several months, EB-5 Investors participating in CiF’s Flats East Bank Phase I Project have begun to receive their Permanent US Green Cards. The USCIS has started to approve Flats Phase I Investors’ I-829 petitions, thereby granting these Investors and their families permanent US residency.

CiF executives and staff were pleased to attend the ribbon-cutting and opening ceremony for Cleveland’s newest luxury hotel. The Westin Cleveland Downtown Hotel, located a block from the new Cleveland Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation, offers guests a relaxing and refined environment in which to rest and recharge.

Last week, the CiF Executive Staff traveled to Washington D.C. to participate in the 7^th Annual EB-5 Regional Economic Development Advocacy Conference, hosted by the EB-5 trade group Association to Invest in USA (IIUSA).

Last Friday night, CiF staff and their guests had a front-row seat to Playhouse Square’s Dazzle the District event! Some 19,000 people crowded the streets directly outside of CiF’s Cleveland offices to celebrate the completion of a massive, new outdoor chandelier and other aesthetic streetscaping improvements.
