CiF mentioned at Greater Cleveland Partnership Annual Meeting

CiF was honored to be mentioned at the Greater Cleveland Partnership 2013 Annual Meeting as an important instrument in financing Cleveland-area developmentprojects. CiF was singled out for its involvement with Flats East Bank project, a catalytic mixed-use development project in downtown Cleveland that has opened to rave reviews is bringing new life to the waterfront.


The Greater Cleveland Partnership (or GCP) is the area’s Chamber of Commerce and serves to foster business growth and smart economic development in the region. GCP’s Annual Meeting outlined area development plans, awards for good corporate citizens, and speakers included Cuyahoga County Executive Mr. Ed FitzGerald, Mayor of Cleveland Mr. Frank Jackson, Chairman & CEO of the Sherwin-Williams Company Mr. Christopher M. Connor, and Mr. Joe Roman, President & CEO of the Greater Cleveland Partnership. The meeting was attended approximately 1000 local leaders and was held in the Grand Ballroom of the new Cleveland Convention Center.
